Set-Up a Spam Filter for Microsoft Entourage (MacOS X)

Create a folder to hold your SPAM with File, New, Folder. Enter a descriptive name, such as Spam, and press the Return key.
Go to Tools, Rules. Click New to create a new rule.
Choose a rule name (for example, Spam Filter) and type it in.
In the If box, open the pull-down menu below Add Criterion and select Subject.
In the Contains field, enter ***SPAM***.
In the Then box, open the pull-down menu below Add Action and select Move message.
Select your Spam folder from the list of folders immediately to the right. If the Spam folder is not listed, select Choose folder from the pull-down menu, highlight your folder, and click Choose.
If your rule matches the one shown below, click OK to close and save the rule. Close the Rules box.

Periodically check your Spam folder for unsolicited bulk mail, and empty it as needed.
